We are actively looking to expand our portfolio of rental properties in the Central Valley here in California, as well as bigger deals in other states. Periodically these acquisitions become opportunities for investors to partner with us.

We analyze potential acquisitions on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes we purchase properties through a syndication, allowing passive investors to participate. Other times, we acquire properties with one or two partners, providing active investors with a chance to get involved. Additionally, opportunities that don’t meet our criteria are passed on to our investors and partners to pursue independently.
