Capitol Multifamily Group, LLC is a subsidiary of the Capitol Investment Group, LLC. Our main focus is the acquisition of multifamily properties in various markets as well as assisting investment property buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of properties in the Central Valley.
Working in synergy with our sister company and brokerage, Capitol Real Estate Group, Inc., our goal is to offer transparent and seamless multifamily real estate transactions, providing tailored solutions for every circumstance.

Why Should You Work With Us?
We analyze acquisitions on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes, we purchase properties through a syndication, allowing passive investors to participate. Other times, we acquire properties with one or two partners, providing active investors with a chance to get involved. Additionally, opportunities that don’t meet our criteria are passed on to our investor and partners to pursue independently.
